Just got back form Thailand and gain 10lbs. Ate . ate and ate from morning till night . Yum-yum . I have to buy new shorts in Thailand because my short does not fit any more . ......
But it worth the effort of eating everything in site ") I was on the journey of " see foods diet ")
Got a lot of time to practice my Silat and principles . Woke up at 3am every morning and work out for couple of hours to loose weigh t. But no luck. I ate 7000 calories and work out 2000 calories . It does not catch up with the program .
